Resources Now is a strategic advisory and consulting firm for boards, investors, and executive teams working across energy, critical minerals, and industrial sectors. The firm advises on decisions shaped by geopolitical risk, energy security, policy change, and market structure, with a focus on competitive position, capital allocation, and long-term strategic direction.
Kruthika A. Bala is an energy and industrial strategy leader advising boards, investors, and governments on competitive advantage, resource security, and system resilience in an era defined by geopolitical and economic disruption.
With over two decades of global experience, she has led strategy and transformation initiatives across the full energy-industrial value chain, including natural gas, nuclear, power systems, critical minerals, metals and mining, and advanced manufacturing. Her work focuses on enabling clients to make high-impact strategic choices and direct investment towards long-term industrial performance.
